Your access to our website, services, and the exclusive TravelayGent™ support system is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By using Travelay™ or gaining access to it, you completely concur with these terms.

References to “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Travelay™” in these terms shall be to Travelay™ Inc., a firm registered in the United States with its headquarters at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. References to “you” refer to any person or entity that uses or accesses our services; references to “TravelayGent™” refer to our specially trained travel representatives who help you with reservations, changes, and assistance all along your trip.

Reservations made via our website or approved TravelayGent™ representatives through telephone, email, live chat, instant messaging apps, or any other form of communication shall be bound by these conditions. A person booking for other passenger(s) is presumed to have the power to accept these terms on behalf of those passenger(s). Before booking tickets, please carefully read them.

1. Agreement of Terms

Using Travelay™ services confirms your reading, comprehension, and agreement with these Terms and Conditions. You have to stop using our website and services right away if you disagree.

From first reservation to check-in and beyond, your TravelayGent™ offers full-fledged service. This includes price checks, individual assistance, and true advice without hidden agendas.

3.3 Limitations
Although TravelayGent™ will try all reasonable efforts to satisfy demands, some services are governed by airline policies, availability, and outside limitations outside our control.

4. Reserving and Confirmation

4.1 Bookings Procedure
Availability and last airline confirmation apply to all reservations made through Travelay™.  Prices may change up till the booking is finalized.

4.2 Quick Confirmation
You will get an electronic ticket (e-ticket) and booking confirmation sent by email when payment is confirmed. Please check all the facts right away and report any inconsistencies within 24 hours.

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 Open Pricing
Travelay™ guarantees the price shown upon booking is the ultimate price, without any hidden fees or unexpected costs.

5.2 Approved Payment Alternatives
Major credit and debit cards, including Walmart MoneyCard, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments are all welcome; including cash deposits, therefore, you have security and flexibility.

5.3 Book Now, Pay Later
Travelay™ helps travelers book flights and pay in installments where qualified thanks to installment choices offered via reputable partners.

6. Refund and Cancelation

6.1 Cancelation Started by the Customer
Cancelation policies differ according to airline and fare class. Travelay™ and your TravelayGent™ will help you handle cancelations in line with the airline’s guidelines.

6.2 Qualifying for Refund
Airline approval is required for refunds, and based on processing times they may take 5 to 7 days. Travelay™ fees for services are nonrefundable.

6.3 No-Show Policy
Not boarding a scheduled flight without advance cancelation could cause loss of the ticket price.

7. Changes and Adaptations

7.1 Customer Demands
Date, destination, or naming modifications may be possible but are subject to airline rules. Further charges might be required.

7.2 TravelayGent™ Help
Change requests will be guided by your TravelayGent™, who will also suggest the most affordable solutions on hand.

8. Traveler’s Responsibilities

8.1 Reliability of Information
You are responsible for giving precise passenger information, including passport and visa requirements. Travelay™ is not responsible for inaccuracies produced by false data.

8.2 Travel Documentation
You must bring legitimate identification, visas, and other necessary papers. Airlines can refuse boarding if papers are insufficient.

9. Travelay™ Part and Limited Liability

9.1 Provider Role
As an independent booking website, Travelay™ does not control or own aircraft. Between you and the airlines, we act as a next generation flight booking agency.

9.2 Restricted Responsibility
Travelay™ is not liable for cancelations, strikes, or force majeure beyond our influence or for delays.

10. Cryptocurrency Payment Options

10.1 Accepted Coins

10.2 Transaction Finality

14.2 Dispute Resolution
Mediation will first handle any disagreements. Unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of American courts.
